Presently, the institute has no permanent building since its previous home, the Romulo Hall, is no longer fit for occupancy. While the IIS Complex is being built, IIS offices are temporarily housed at the Ground and 2nd Flr. of Virata Hall, Institute of Small-Scale Industries (ISSI), E. Jacinto Street, University of the Philippines Diliman, Quezon City, 1101 Philippines.
