Resource speakers will be representatives from the Department of Education Bureau of Curriculum Development and the CHED Office of Program Standards Development (CHED-OPSD) Technical Committee on Islamic Studies.

- PSA Birth Certificate
- Official Transcript of Records (TOR)
- Honorable Dismissal
- Application Letter Address to Dean Macrina A. Morados
- Two (2) Recommendation Letters from former Professor or Employer
- Two (2) 2×2 photos
- Marriage Contract (for married women)
